Global carbon dioxide emissions in 2022 will be 36.8 gigatons. If the
cumulative amount so far from industrialization is added (CO2 life
cycle is 100-1000 years), the current carbon dioxide concentration at
the top of the troposphere has approached 96%. When the atmospheric
carbon dioxide concentration exceeds 45%, a carbon dioxide layer will
be formed at 7.6km-13km, shaped like a glass cover covering the
earth. Compared with the naturally formed ozone layer, the CO2 layer
is an artifact created by industrialization. It not only aggravates
climate change, blocks 86% of the solar spectrum, causes an 86%
decrease in the purity of the atmosphere and water, and reduces the
growth rate of plants and crops by 76%.

As far as living spaces and workplaces are concerned, carbon dioxide
concentration less than 2% will not cause harm to health, but when
the concentration reaches 7.5%, it will cause increased heartbeat,
headache, dizziness, sweating, restlessness, loss of direction,
visual distortion, etc. . According to the American Refrigeration and
Air-Conditioning Association, when the indoor carbon dioxide
concentration reaches 700ppm, people will feel that the air is dirty
and make people tired. When the indoor carbon dioxide concentration
exceeds 1,000ppm, the respiratory and circulatory organs will be
affected. If you are in an environment with a high concentration of
carbon dioxide of 5,000ppm, 8 hours in a row will seriously endanger
life safety.

We already know that space with high concentrations of carbon dioxide
can cause harm to health, but we cannot ignore the serious crisis it
is bringing to the earth. The carbon dioxide layer with a
concentration of up to 96% in the atmosphere threatens the health of
all mankind and all life on land, sea, and air.

comprehensive atmospheric crisis

From the perspective of the health hazards caused by spaces with high
carbon dioxide concentrations, the carbon dioxide layer in the
atmosphere will also pose a serious threat to the earth. In addition
to accelerating extreme climate change, the carbon dioxide layer with
a concentration of up to 96% is harmful to humans, land, oceans and
air. The health of all life poses a more comprehensive threat. The
global net-zero emissions process is urgent. We need to continue to
practice effective carbon neutral paths and actively seek
high-altitude and wide-area negative carbon technologies to alleviate
the current atmospheric crisis.
